PRIVATE AND EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PROPERTY 

Groups of families or friends can rent the entirety of the Pillow and Paddock guest rooms  (5 rooms) for private and exclusive use at the following rates:

$725.00 per night (November 1st through March 31st) 

$795.00 per night (April 1st through October 31st)

The Apartment Suite (sleeps an additional 4 people and is dog friendly) can be included for an additional) $135.00 per night.

*Above rates DO NOT include 10% State and locale sales and tourism taxes.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• Group rates provide exclusive use of public rooms and guest rooms for registered guests only. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. 

• Rates include a seasonal, gourmet breakfast for inn guests. With 72 hours advance notice, non-registered guests can be added for breakfast at a cost of $15 per person (max. of 4). Arrangements for additional meals can be made in advance directly with the Innkeeper. 

  
  

• A two night minimum reservation is required for a Saturday night stay (either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday). Certain holidays may require a three night minimum stay.

• Certain "blackout" dates may apply.  Contact the Innkeeper at 502-222-4372 for availability.  Exclusive house rental cannot be booked online.

• A non-refundable $250 reservation fee is due at the time of booking. 50% of the balance due for the entire booking will be charged 45 days from date of arrival. The remaining balance will be due on departure. 

• A valid credit card on file will be required for all exclusive-use bookings. Any damages, losses (including unreturned keys), or retail purchases resulting in additional charges or replacement costs will be applied to the card on file. 

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the B&B and grounds, except the designated smoking areas. (Please see General Policies regarding smoking). We appreciate your consideration for the safety and preservation of our home. 

• While the Pillow and Paddock cannot accept pets for guests staying in the main part of the house, the pet-friendly apartment may be substituted for an upstrairs room or added to the exclusive use rental for dogs under 30 lbs. (maximum of two).

CANCELLATIONS 

• 45 days or more: $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged

• 30 to 45 days: 50% of the group rate will be charged. In the event rooms can be re-booked, a credit less cancellation fee will be issued.

• Less than 30 days: The entire reservation will be charged. In the event rooms can be re-booked, a credit less cancellation fee will be issued.
